| Neurofibromatosis, Severe Scoliosis, and Chronic Lung Disease - these are diseases we have probably never heard of and probably have trouble even spelling. However, there is a young lady who fights all of these diseases and their symptoms on a 24-hour basis. Her name is Edna and she is a warrior of sorts. |

Edna is on a ventilator permanently and is confined to her bed most of the time. Fortunately, she has help fighting her disease with the support of her mother, Teresa, who is also in a Edna |
| is as comfortable as possible, has all of her needs met, and most of all they try to keep her spirits up. |

| FantasyKids.com learned of Edna?s situation and once again had volunteers eager to help. Edna is a sports fan who loves baseball and basketball. Steve Daniele, a generous member of Atascocita Community Church, provided tickets to a Houston Rockets game. These four tickets enabled fifteen-year-old Edna, her mother, her father and her nurse to attend a home game in late March of 2003. |

FantasyKids.com arranged for Edna to be taken down to the floor and watch first hand while the Rockets warmed up. From her chair she had to look almost straight up to see the faces of the towering Rocket superstars as they readied themselves |
| for the game. Not even her parents had ever seen a sporting event from so close of a range. She was as close as you can get without getting dribbled upon! |

|
| The highlight for Edna was when one of the star players walked over and took her FantasyKids.com T-shirt to be autographed by the entire 2003 Rockets players, including Yao Ming! |

Though the family was only able to stay until half time because of the battery limitations on her ventilator, they all had a wonderful time. Usually a representative from FantasyKids.com attends a fantasy, but in this case the entire family was able to enjoy the evening with Edna. |

That night, if even for a little while, Edna was able to forget that she was a warrior fighting an uphill battle. That night she was treated like a queen, being delivered to the heart of the basketball arena to see her heroes in action with all expenses paid. That night she felt like all the attention was centered upon her ? a night she will remember for a long time. |

This fantasy could not have been possible if not for the help of an angel to many, Stan Kesler. Stan, once again, volunteered his time and his wheel chair accessible van for Edna and her family to make the trip. |
