| For most teenagers, they would need some convincing that there are truly angels among us. Though, nineteen-year-old Michelle Alcorn, a victim of meningitis, is a firm believer. Like most girls her age, Michelle dreams of doing things that are a bit out of the ordinary. She recently had a small fantasy to visit the Aquarium restaurant in downtown Houston and experience all it had to offer. FantasyKids.com learned of this and turned her fantasy, and then some, into reality. |

| In June of 1999, at the age of sixteen Michelle was struck with the devastating disease meningitis. The results were tragic as in most cases. Once a very active and energetic teen, Michelle was now faced with the unimaginable. Amputation of both of her lower legs and both of her hands was ultimately required. She has subsequently endured many surgeries since that horrible year. One can only try to imagine the changes that have taken place in her life. Even everyday tasks that most of us dread or take for granted can be quite challenging and frustrating for Michelle. |

Michelle?s fantasy turned out to be more than she ever expected. It began with Michelle going to Sherry's Cut & Co. in Humble for a glamour makeover, including a new hairstyle and make-up done by the staff of professionals that volunteered |
| ftheir time.Michelle was overwhelmed with the results. The team did a great job and had Michelle feeling exhilarated! |

Sporting her new look, Michelle was greeted by a chauffer-driven stretch limousine. Michelle was stunned and her smile was glowing! NRGD Transportation, a Porter based limousine service, generously provided an entire evening of |
| transportation for Michelle and her best friend to be whisked away in style. |

Their next destination was Unique Images, where Michelle had a professional photo shoot. The studio photographs taken by Unique Images of Humble are guaranteed to make the memories last a lifetime and will always remind Michelle of her wonderful day that had only just begun. |

After the photo shoot, Michelle and her friend were driven away in the limousine, stocked with refreshments, to Deerbrook Mall for a shopping spree at Michelle's favorite store. She was able to take home a new outfit complete with accessories, compliments of FantasyKids.com. |

Feelings of excitement and joy ran between Michelle and her friend while being swept away once again to downtown Houston's Aquarium restaurant! The Aquarium was everything and more Michelle had envisioned. It was truly more than just fine dining. Michelle was offered the "best seat in the house"! The atmosphere made it quite enjoyable and the dinner was stunning. On the way home, the sun was shining bright inside |
| the limousine as if to send a positive message from above. Michelle's fantasy had not only been fulfilled but she had experienced even more than she had ever expected. The Fantasy Day of glamour and pampering was certainly a wild success and also one she will not soon forget. Michelle did not just have an afternoon on that mountain peak - she now owned a piece of it! |
